Wille Road Tax Increment Financing District (TIF #3)
On August 17, 2000 City Council approved the Wille Road TIF #3
located near the Southwest corner of Mt. Prospect Road and Wille
Road. This area comprises approximately 50 acres of industrial
property. Currently, two new air freight/logistics facilities,
housing five companies and 670,000 square feet, are in the District.
The current equalized assessed valuation (EAV) for this area is
$3,714,000 and is anticipated to exceed $15,000,000 upon completion
of the projects within the area.
