BUILDING CODE – Alderman Higgason, Chair

REVISION OF BUILDING CODE:

Director of Community & Economic Development Conlan stated that the City is required to revise its Building Code in order to be in compliance with the standards of the 2006 International Code Council and to maintain its certification rating with the International Organization for Standards; the Building Code Committee conducted seven (7) meetings to review and revise the proposed Code language and fee structure.
