petroleum main that serves the Hawaiian Village area bounded by
Rand Road on the south, Wolf Road on the west, Polynesian Drive on
the north and the Canadian National Railroad on the east, to
prevent further penetration of the sanitary main; work to be
performed by West Shore Pipe Line Company's contractor (Midwestern
Contractors); and City's share of the cost to be $11,750/Sewer
Repair & Maintenance Funds (recommended by Director of Public
Works)

and Seegers Road; and a temporary easement for use during the
