that took place on April 14, 2008.

Jeanette Street * Consideration of a Final Plat of Subdivision
consisting of three lots and a Subdivision Regulations (Section
13-2-5-R) Variance for proposed lot depths of 107.58 feet to 108.01
feet, instead of the required 125 feet.

4. Case # 08-030-A, Zoning Map Amendment for Property on Pine
Street between Prospect and Howard Avenues - An Amendment to the
Official City of Des Plaines Zoning Map, as amended, is requested to
change the existing zoning classification from R-1, Single-family
residential to R-2, Two-family residential.
