will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 7:30 pm
in Room 102 of the Des Plaines Civic Center, 1420 Miner Street, Des
Plaines, Illinois to consider the following petitions:
1664 E. Oakton Street Case Number: 08-044-CU
The petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use Permit and
Variation under Section 7.3-6-C of the 1998 Des Plaines Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, to legalize a motor vehicle sales and repair
operation (motorcycles) in the C-3 District on a lot of less than
25,000 square feet.
