2007 Press Release: City Council Official Swearing In
For immediate release
June 5, 2007
The face of the Des Plaines City Council changed after this
year’s spring election which resulted in the following being elected
to office: Martin J. Moylan, 2nd Ward Alderman; Jean Higgason, 4th
Ward Alderman; Mark Walsten, 6th Ward Alderman; and Rosemary S.
Argus, Incumbent, 8th Ward Alderman. Pictured are scenes from the
official swearing in ceremony conducted by Judge Mat Delort in the
Des Plaines City Council Chambers.
