All work is weather dependent. Unknown utility conflicts may cause delays.
The Contractor will begin placing and grading the stone base and paving the asphalt base pavement on Campbell on Tuesday, September 12. The contractor anticipates this phase of work will take approximately 3-4 days, with a tentative schedule as follows:
On TUESDAY 9/12 the contractor is scheduled to rough grade the stone base. Additional stone material will be delivered, placed and graded.
On WEDNESDAY 9/13 the contractor is scheduled to fine grade the stone base. Driveway ramps will be removed on the south side during this phase. We recommend that you remove any vehicles you will need to use during this period.
On THURSDAY 9/14 the contractor is scheduled to pave the asphalt base pavement.

WEST VILLA DR:
On WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, the contractor will begin the concrete work on the west side of WEST VILLA. Access to driveways will be closed for a maximum of 14 days in order to construct the new curb, driveway aprons and sidewalks, and allow for concrete curing time. The contractor will continue the storm sewer installations, repairs and replacements at various locations on construction on FIRST.
On WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, the contractor will begin water main work on FIRST. It is anticipated this work will take 1 day. There are two work areas:
Connection/Upgrade at the intersection of Rose and First
Replace hydrant at the southwest corner of First and Prairie.
In order to do the work, water mains must be temporarily shut down:
FIRST AVE (THACKER TO ROSE) WATER MAIN WILL BE SHUT DOWN ON 9/13 FROM 9AM TO 12PM
PRAIRIE AVE (FIRST TO SECOND) WATER MAIN WILL BE SHUT DOWN ON 9/13 FROM 12PM TO 3PM
On THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, the contractor will begin installation of the water main on BROWN.
Some preparatory work may begin at any time, including equipment mobilization, material delivery, saw cutting pavement, and pavement removal. Pipe installation is anticipated to begin on Friday September 15.
The contractor will begin at Lee St and proceed to the west to Alles St. It is anticipated this phase work will take approximately 5 days.
